UFO Cocktail
¾ ounce Kahlua (Mexican Coffee Liqueur)
¾ ounce Amaretto (Almond Liqueur)
3 ounces half-and-half
Ground cinnimon
Place ½ cup crushed ice in a blender. Pour in all ingredients except cinnamon. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Makes 1 serving.
