Making Homemade Liqueurs

>Mexicano Cocktail

2 ounces light rum
½ ounce Kummel (Kümmel)
½ ounce orange juice
Dash of Angostura bitters
½ cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a coctail glass. Makes 1 serving.
